This tshirt / graphic tee / t shirt is from the 2019 Ultra Teens Fes fashion event in Tokyo, Japan! On the shirt, features the Toreba logo — I suppose because they may have been an event sponsor…?
Inner tag says size L, and I would say that is true to US sizing, so somewhere in the U.S. mens size Large range.
